Random Rumble
Random Rumble needs JavaScript. Turn it on to run a match.
Random Rumble is a browser battle royal randomizer for sports card breakers. Paste the buyers' names, pick a match length, and a 16-bit pixel wrestling match plays out until one wrestler is left. That wrestler is the winner.
How it works
- Paste 2 to 500 names, one per line.
- Pick RUMBLE or BATTLE ROYAL and a match length.
- Press START MATCH. Our server makes a verified draw code and records the names, settings and time before the match runs.
- Watch the wrestlers go over the top rope until one is left. The code and its drawn time are on screen.
- Copy the results for your stream chat, download the standings as CSV, or press REPLAY to watch the same match again.
FAQ
How does Random Rumble pick a winner?
Paste the names, one per line, pick a match length and press START MATCH. The whole match is worked out from a seed before the first bell, then plays out as an over-the-top-rope pixel wrestling match until one wrestler is left. That wrestler is the winner.
Is the result random?
Yes. When you press START MATCH, our server makes a long random draw code and stamps the time, and the match is computed from that code before it starts. Playback speed never changes the outcome, and the code shown on screen and in the results works as a receipt.
Can I replay a match?
Yes. The same names in the same order, with the same length, seed and match type, give exactly the same match on any machine, winner and eliminations included. Press REPLAY on the results screen, or enter a draw code in VERIFY / REWATCH (or open its link) to see when it was drawn and watch it again. Replays say REPLAY across the screen.
How many names can I enter?
From 2 to 500, one per line. Blank lines are ignored, each name is capped at 40 characters, and duplicate names are kept and numbered, like Mike (2).
How long does a match last?
Pick 1, 3, 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes (3 is the default), or a custom time up to 60:00. Each wrestler needs at least 0.6 seconds, so 500 names need at least 5:00; a shorter choice is raised automatically and the setup screen says why. The match ends within 3 seconds of the chosen length.
What is the difference between RUMBLE and BATTLE ROYAL?
In RUMBLE, wrestlers enter one at a time or in waves while the clock runs, with up to 8 to 12 in the ring at once depending on how many names there are. In BATTLE ROYAL, everyone walks into the ring first, in a seeded random order that gives no advantage, and then the bell rings. The walk-in takes about 6 to 20 seconds and does not count toward the match length.
Can I use it on stream or in OBS?
Yes. Turn on STREAM MODE, or add ?stream=1 to the address for an OBS browser source, to hide the playback controls and the cursor. Use 1920x1080 or 1280x720 so the pixel art scales cleanly. COPY RESULTS gives paste-ready text for your stream chat, and DOWNLOAD CSV saves the full standings.
Is it free, and do I need an account?
It is free: there is no paywall or payment, and nothing to install. You can run a match, rewatch a draw code and copy or download the results without an account. Signing in with Google is optional: it saves your matches to MY MATCHES so you can find and replay them later.
